Sollte sich jemand durch die von mir veröffentlichten Bilder in seinem Persönlichkeitsrecht verletzt fühlen oder mit der Veröffentlichung eines Bildes nicht einverstanden sein, so entferne ich selbstverständlich das Bild der entsprechenden Person.

Wenn Du Dich mit einem Bild nicht einverstanden fühlst, das Dich persönlich darstellt, so bitte ich um Kontaktaufnahme unter info@fotocin.de. Ich werde innerhalb von fünf Werktagen nach Eingang Deiner Email das entsprechende Bild entfernen und dies entsprechend bestätigen.

Um jedoch einen Missbrauch auszuschließen, muss eine entsprechende Kontaktaufnahme den Namen oder die Nummer des Bildes, sowie das Album, in dem das Bild enthalten ist, eine gültige Email-Adresse für eine Rückfrage durch mich und den Namen der Person, sowie den Grund, weshalb das Bild entfernt werden soll, sowie eine kurze Beschreibung der Person auf dem Bild, die nicht mit der Veröffentlichung einverstanden ist, beinhalten.

Dies dient dem Nachweis mir gegenüber, dass der Wunsch der Entfernung des Bildes berechtigt ist und der Rückfrage durch mich, um Missbrauch durch Dritte und Unbeteiligte auszuschließen. Vielen Dank für Dein Verständnis!

Ich bin nicht in der Lage, zu kontrollieren, beziehungsweise zu vermeiden, ob Bilder von mir auf den Computern anderer Webseitenbesuchern gespeichert worden sind, bevor Dein Bild entsprechend Deinem Wunsch entfernt worden ist. Dies ist technisch nicht zu vermeiden.

Ich entferne nach Erhalt Deines nach obiger Verfahrensweise übermittelten Wunsches gerne das entsprechende Bild, übernehme jedoch keinerlei finanzielle oder anderweitige Entschädigung.

To prevent misconduct, please provide me with information about the exposed person on the picture, its correspondent number and album file as well as a valid email adress to be able to double-check your request. This is only to proof that your request is valid and to prevent misuse by third parties. I will consequently delete the image within 5 business days.

Neither am I able to control nor to prevent images from the storage on external devices. It is technically not feasible to remove images if they are already in use by external website visitors.

I will remove your image if you provide me with your details, however, I am not liable for any finacial claims.
